John Kerry (D-Mass.), Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said that the Enhanced Partnership With Pakistan Act, a piece of legislation that will provide funding for projects that bolster human rights and improves the democratic process, will help ward off the influence of the Taliban in Pakistan (0:22)
