Former Sen. Warns Biological Attack More Likely Than A Nuclear Attack
Former Sen. Bob Graham (D-Fla.) says it is more likely that a biological weapon of mass destruction will be used in an attack than a nuclear weapon. He says there has been an “explosion in the biological area of capabilities.” (0:20)
