One of the ten most vulnerable congressmen goes partisan bonehead on an important issue. There’s no wondering how he got to be the “Least -Listened to Man in the Congress.” His own party would not put him on the Armed Services Committee! He is from San Diego – the other Norfolk only bigger. This guy can’t seem to help himself. He really takes the taco. He must really hate being a congressman.
