Obama Appoints Sotomayor To Supreme Court
President Obama announced the appointment of U.S. Circuit Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court. Sotomayor, who stands to be the first Hispanic Supreme Court nominee, will replace retiring Associate Justice David Souter (18:06)
