Moore: “Witness the Special Courage of Children with type 1 Diabetes”

Mary Tyler Moore, actress and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International Chairman, describes the Children’s Congress to attendants at a National Press Club luncheon Thursday. The Children’s Congress is a JDRF event and includes 150 youth delegates who will go to Capitol Hill in June to persuade Congress to remember them when voting on important issues like stem cell research.
