Rep. Rogers outraged by illegal immigrants given work permits

Representative Hal Rogers (R-Ky.) explains his outrage at the 28 illegal immigrants who were released in Bellingham, WA, and provided with work permits. He says that this is a “slap in the face for those who are struggling every day to find a job in this economic downturn.” (01:13)
