Perriello: Congress Dedicated to Ending Corruption

Freshman Congressman Tom Perriello (D-VA) explains how he believes that Congress is dedicated to ending corruption, and how the Clean Law for Earmark Accountability Reform marks a major move in the direction to stamp it out.
