“You’re comparing apples to oranges…”

Congressman David Camp (R-Mich) directs questions of the budget, revenue changes, and energy efficiency costs to witness Peter Orszag, Director of the Office of Management and Budget. Orszag states that Camp is comparing apples to oranges when questioning what the average annual cost to families of the energy tax will be in the President’s budget. (5:00)
