Special Inspector General of TARP: “Rest assured, we will bring any fraudster to justice”
Neil Barofsky, Special Inspector General of the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP), explains his agency’s role as the sole oversight body which has the authority for criminal law enforcement when fraud is detected with government loans.
