Rep. Chris Smith: Embryonic stem cell research unethical and unnecessary

On March 9, 2009 Rep. Chris Smith (R – N.J.) spoke to the press in response to Obama passing legislation allowing for embryonic stem cell research funding. He says that adult stem cells have been shown to be more effective, and embryonic stem cells present many ethical concerns.
