Hoekstra hopes for a brush fire move on Capitol Hill
By Candyce Torres, University of New Mexico-Talk Radio News Service. Talk Radio News Service speaks with Congressman Pete Hoekstra (R-Mich.) about his proposal for a Constitutional Amendment. This would establish the rights of parents to raise their children how see fit without government invtervention, except in cases of abuse or neglect. Hoekstra indicated the bill has 70 congressional co-sponsors thus far.
