“The right President at the right time”

Michael Ruhl interviews Congressman Martin Heinrich (D-NM) after President Obama’s Address to Congress. Heinrich said that his Constituents have been very inspired by President Obama, and that he is “the right President at the right time”. Heinrich said he was personally inspired by the speech and energy of the event, calling it a “once in a lifetime experience” for him personally. (01:45)
