Hoyer praises Obama speech

Following the President’s Address to Congress on Tuesday evening, Michael Ruhl spoke with House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD). Hoyer praised President Obama’s speech to Congress, saying that the President “did what he needed to do” when he instilled confidence in the country regarding the economic crisis. (00:37)
