Adm. Guter speaks about closing of Guantanamo Bay

Jay Tamboli interviews Read Admiral Don Guter about his participation in the efforts to close the Naval base at Guantanamo Bay. Guter was an advisor to President Obama on torture and Guantanamo and attended the signing ceremony for the executive order closing the controversial detention camp. Gruter says that the closing of Guantanamo Bay is not an easy task, and the Obama Administration will have to find places to put former Guantanamo detainees. (10:47)
