Leahy: Marc Rich pardon a question for Clinton, not Holder

Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) held a press conference today to support Obama’s Attorney General pick Eric Holder. Holder has recently come under fire from Republicans for being linked to the pardoning of controversial financier Marc Rich during the Clinton administration. Leahy defended Holder saying the pardon was Clinton’s, and not Holder’s (0:30)
