Tax incentives will not spur renewable energy generation

Jeff Bingaman (D-N.M.), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, says that while tax incentives have had some influence in the creation of alternative energy, they are not strong enough incentives in the current economic environment (0:42).
