Massaschusetts law requires employers to contribute to free care

Jim Klocke, of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, describes one section of the two-year-old Massachusetts health care reform law. The fair share assessment section is a non-employer mandate, making sure that all employers contributing to the free health care. (0:37)
