Iraqi people “surprisingly embracing.”

At a live brief from Iraq, Dan Foot of the PRT says the reception [of the Iraqi people] is “surprisingly embracing.” He says in the smaller towns where that hasn’t been a big presence in the past they look at us more curiously but as soon as we say hello they greet us with typical Arab cordiality.
