Rep. Shays: It’s dumb and foolish that you were ordered not to testify to subcommittee
Rep. Chris Shays comments on Dr. Kaye Whitley not testifying in a 2006 hearing after being subpoenaed to do so. He goes onto say that Whitley will be the one that is penalized for the actions of her superior.
