Gingrich blames poor people and their advocates, not the greedy mortgage officers who made loans when they should not have. Did the loanee hold a gun to the head of the loaner?

It is a loan officers job to evaluate their clients ability to pay.

What a crock. As if 1. Carter and Clinton could see the end result so far in the future 2. there’s been no opportunity to make mid-course corrections, mostly during Republican administrations and, especially during the last ~8 years, when the GOP held the whole shootin’ match–President, House, Senate and the Supreme Court.

What Gingrich started was nothing less than a continuing criminal enterprise, aiding his wall street buddies and raping the public.
