Transitions set to begin in Baghdad
Col. Ted Martin, commander of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division stationed in south Baghdad explains the transitioning of security overwatch from U.S. troops to Iraqi security forces. He speaks positively about their progess predicting additional turn overs this month. Martin does say, that they are not opperating on any sort of timeline. (1:15)
