OK, now let’s get the Dems to call to accountability and tell the American people about the rights that have been abridged and abrogated and what these losses actually can mean to us. It may be “fine” to abrogate “their” (whoever “they” are) freedoms, because it won’t “hurt” me. But, then someday, “they” is “me.” Remember the Pogo Cartoon: to the effect “We have met the enemy and he is us.” A good lesson for rigid rights’ takers to keep before them.
