Planned Parenthood Using DNC to Inform Voters of McCain’s Record
By Christina McAusland

Today in downtown Denver Planned Parenthood took to the streets to inform voters using information stuck to condoms.
Planned Parenthood representative Tess Fields said, “We want voters to know that John McCain is unfriendly to women.” The organization believes McCain’s Senate record demonstrates their opinion and they’ve compiled a list.
In the condom-attached pamphlet, “Ten Reasons to Protect Yourself From John McCain,” they say the senator “opposes equal pay legislation [for women].” Another says he “has voted against women’s reproductive rights and privacy 125 times.”
The plan to inform the public was met with some opposition. Loren Phippen of the Colorado Baptist General Convention believes Republican John McCain is the most family-friendly candidate for President. He said, “We need a candidate that supports life because our country was founded on faith.”
