Sen. Specter says he misses the gavel

Senate Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Senator Arlen Specter says when one compares the last two years of President Clinton’s administration with President Bush’s administration, one will notice that President Clinton got a lot more confirmations. Specter continues to say he misses the gavel because when one has the gavel and the chairmanship, one can set the agenda and push issues forward. (R-Penn.) (0:37)
