Nuclear defense system is “incomplete” says Lieberman

Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, Senator Joe Lieberman (D-Conn.) says the current system of defensive nuclear architecture is “incomplete”. He says that the “layered security net” has dangerous holes and gaps that could allow terrorists in. (0:45)
