Minority teens more likely to be moms

Sarah S. Brown, the Chief Executive Officer of the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy says that great progress was made in decreasing teen pregnancy in the 1990s, but then lists disturbing statistics of teen pregnancy rates by age at a briefing held by the campaign on racial and ethnic disparities in teen pregnancy.(1:04)
