Electronic voting fosters innovation

James Dickson, vice president for Governmental Affairs of the American Association of Persons with Disabilities, says that people with disabilities are very excited about the opportunity to vote privately and independently. The “Bipartisan Electronic Voting Reform Act of 2008″ will sustain that opportunity and the legislation will foster innovation. (0:39)
