Carbon capture and storage a ‘win-win’ situation says Congressman Upton
At a hearing on “Carbon Capture and Storage Deployment Act” Congressman Fred Upton (R-Mich.) says America must promote new clean coal technologies to create new jobs and build a strong economy. Upton describes it as a ‘win-win’ situation after referring to a Department of Energy assessment that estimates 89 billion barrels of oil that could be recovered. (0:57)
