Sen. Collins: Protecting the privacy of Americans

Sen. Collins (R-Maine) says that the United States needs to build on the success of the Privacy Act of 1974 while ensuring that it meets the new challenges of the information age. She says that this can be accomplished by remaining true to the principles of openness, accuracy, transparency, and accountability. (0:41)
