Sadness but determination in Cedar Rapids

Dan Patterson reports from his hometown of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He says it is estimated a volume of water equal to the Mississippi River flowed through Cedar Rapids. The town is devastated, but the people are determined to rebuild. (2:05)

    Tell the good folks not to worry about a thing, Dan……once the President does a fly-over, everything will start to get better. Works every time.

    Wasn’t Newt Gingrich cursing the Supreme Court this weekend for it’s Habeas Corpus decision? Claiming that we “could lose a major American city”? Clearly, losing major cities is not that big a concern for those with the power to prevent/repair it.
