Obama wants nuclear weapon free world
John Holum the former Undersecretary of State for Arms Control and International Security under Former President Bill Clinton tells the Arms Control Association that Barack Obama believes in nuclear disarmament. Holum was hosted by the association as well as Stephen Biegun from the McCain campaign to discuss each candidates nuclear positions. (0:18)
