Sen. Bob Bennett (R-Utah.) places blame on democrats for not supporting drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Bennett contends that had democrats supported the initial proposal to drill in ANWR ten years ago that America would be receiving 1 million barrels of oil a day. (0:32)
