		<description>This is actually good advice - but just for emergency situations. Kids should know how to use cell phones, but I just read somewhere in the internet that 35% of kids 8-12 have cell phones of their own!  That a huge number for that age group. My kids know how to use my cell phone and they use it ever now and then, but I would never let them have their own in elementary school.  Just me 2 cents.</description>
