Ethnic violence continuing in Kosovo
Knut Vollebaek, OSCE High Commissioner for National Minorities, says that no obvious improvements have occured in the area of inter-ethnic incidents in Kosovo and that these incidents will continue to occur if causes are not addressed. (0:26)
