Peter Orszag, of the Congressional Budget Office, talks about the percent of shares of healthcare in the United States that do not improve health outcomes. He found out that five percent of the total Gross Domestic Product, that means 700 billion dollars per year, goes towards procedures that do not improve health outcomes. (0:51)
