Louisiana governor declared a war on corruption

Gov. Bobby Jindal of Louisiana says that Hurricane Katrina was not a good thing, but it did provide a chance for the state to rebuild better than what was there before. He says that when he became governor he declared war on corruption for the state. (0:48)
