Obama’s Patriot Employer Act will stop tax breaks to outsourcers
In addition to the Employee Free Choice Act, Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) says at the CWA conference that he will pass the Patriot Employer Act, which will stop tax breaks to companies who outsource jobs and will give them instead to companies who invest in American jobs. (0:27)
