NATO recognizes missile proliferation threat

Assistant Secretary of State of the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, Daniel Fried, says that the Allies at NATO recognized the threat of ballistic missile proliferation, and endorsed the U.S.-proposed system for protection. (0:33)
