McCain’s plan may actually drive up the cost of health care

Roger Hickey, co-director of Campaign for America’s Future, says that in reality, Sen. John McCain’s plan for health care will “dismantle the employer provided system,” which will force “millions of us who now get decent health insurance on the job to instead buy whatever they can find on the individual market.” He says McCain’s plan will actually drive the cost of health care up. One Response to “McCain’s plan may actually drive up the cost of health care”

  1. Larry Jutres Says:

First, wheres’s the outrage! What McCain is doing is the evil side of capitalism which takes competition out of the market, government controls out of common public need, and allow unregulated medical providers to sap the customer last dollar for fewer quality service. And McCain supports this because these companies will filter hidden donations back to the republicans to continue this undemocratic capitalistic systems with permamently elected and enriched politicians. It is the Morton Friedman’s economic policy that has stolen public money and increased poverty, increased public corruption and corporate welfare. We need everyone’s rage on this!
