Mayor Nutter says Clinton will win

After the Clinton/Obama debate in Philadelphia, PA, the Mayor of Philadelphia, Michael Nutter, says Senator Clinton is going to win. Another reporter asked about point spreads, and Nutter says you can’t predict what City Council is going to do, and you can’t predict point spreads in elections. The situation is that you win, and you don’t get an asterisks next to your name depending on what the point spread is. You win and then you move on to the next state. (0:32)
