Hoyer says 2008 is a “change” election, and Americans have a choice to make
House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) says at the 100th annual legislative convention of the Building and Construction Trades Department that 2008 is a change election, and Americans have to choose between moving forward or “staying the course.” (0:22)
