Clinton says she will not squash the union bug

At the CWA Conference, Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) says that for the last seven years we’ve had a President and Vice President that want to squash the union “bug,” and they’re not trying to work with the unions. They’ve increased funding, she says, that goes towards harassing unions but cutting funding that goes towards worker health and safety. You would think that after the disasters we’ve had, that would be an easy sell, but they want to privatize any job they can. Make no mistake about it, this privatizing, outsourcing, no-bid contract binge we’ve been on is contest America more and when I’m President, I’m going to end it. (1:10)
