This morning, Talk Radio News Service Legal Affairs Correspondent Jay Tamboli is attending a Supreme Court oral argument on racial discrimination claims. Chief Pentagon Correspondent, Meredith MacKenzie, will be covering Pentagon briefings all day regarding the destruction of the aging spy satellite. The Talk Radio News Service’s Washington Bureau will also be covering a discussion on “Pakistan’s Elections: Free, Fair, and Safe? Post-Election Analysis,” held by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). At noon, we will be attending the Woodrow Wilson Center’s discussion on “Population and Climate Change: Relationships, Research, Responses.” On the P.M. agenda, being covered is a discussion held by NDN on “The Uncharted Political Terrain of Campaign 08,” as well as the Heritage Foundation’s discussion on “Upstream: The Ascendance of American Conservatism.” As President Bush is traveling in Ghana, there will be no White House Briefing.

In New York, UN Correspondent Dan Patterson will attend the noon briefing at the United Nations. Agenda items include Kosovo independence and Israeli and Palestinian Borders. Dan is also currently investigating the Matthew Lee/UN/Google story.

Congress will continue their Presidents’ Day recess for the remainder of the week.
