Special Agent Douglas Loveland of the Office of Criminal Investigation for the FDA answers questions on why Aventis was not questioned on knowingly submitting fraudulent clinical studies

Mr. Loveland states that the investigation into Aventis took so long because there had been no complaint against Aventis. There was no complaint issued on the company until a couple years after Dr. Kirkland-Campbell was convicted.
