Jeff Mallard, President of D.C. Iraq Veterans Against the War, Discusses Pending Iraqi Oil Law at Protest
While rolling an oil barrel towards the White House, Jeff Mallard, President of the D.C. Chapter of Iraq Veterans Against the War, describes the Iraqi Oil Law pending in Iraqi Parliament that would give foreign corporations extensive access to Iraqi oil reserves. His organization is taking part in a protest on behalf of Iraqi workers’ unions against the law.
