General Carter Ham speaks about the goals for tour rotations of American forces during a press conference at the Pentagon
Gen. Ham, director of operations for the Joint Staff says that the Pentagon would like to return to a one to one ration of deployments to leave for American forces, putting them in the theater for 12 months and home for 12 months. (0:33)
