Attorney General Michael Mukasey says that waterboarding was CIA authorized during a House of Representatives Judicial Committee Hearing
Mukasey says that he will not launch a criminal investigation into the confirmed use of waterboarding against terror suspects when asked by committee chairman John Conyers (D-MI).
