Admiral Mullen says that he remains committed to the ability to defend the American people
At the Posture Hearing on the Department of Defense’s Fiscal Year 2009 Budget, Admiral Michael G. Mullen, Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff, says that military leaders must make hard decisions everyday that affect the lives of potentially millions of people. He says that in the continued fight against extremists, he and the Joint Chiefs remain committed to choices that will preserve the ability to defend the American people. (:42)
