A health care plan that is fast, efficient and most effective….Starting with the US Postal Zip Code locations where the poorest (uninsured) people live, provide clinics in trailors on USPS property staffed by nurses/ex-military corpsmen. After thousands of these clinics are up-and-running and have proven to provide basic health care needs to their communities, then lower the medicare/medicaid payments to health care providers…the private insurers will soon follow. Everyone wins, except the greedy!
