Ron Paul Supporters Spontaneous Rally in Manchester

Posted by Dan Patterson on January 6, 2008 |

A ’spontaneous’ rally by Ron Paul supporters erupted tonight outside the Radisson in Manchester, NH. Apparently it was organized by Operation Live Free Or Die. The event was in front of the hotel with ALL the press and was broken up by the cops.

Internet brings a new level of democracy to the US and the world. It has at least 3 positive effects:

    1) voters are better informed from more diverse sources. information is easier to find and share

    2) younger voters are engaged much easier in the political process

    3) greater proportion of younger voters means greater voice for change, as ’status quo’ voters are mainly older and have established world views that are hard to change

  2. John Says:

Wish I could have been there. Looked like a good time. “Don’t tax me bro!”
